A. Yes! You can get it free through these methods:

Q. What if I run out of Paper?
A. If you run out of Paper, you cannot create new items. Purchase Paper from the shop, or link any unlinked social accounts for additional Paper.

📄 Creating Items
Q. How do I create an item?
A. Follow these steps:
- Tap on your Paper on the home screen
- Select "Create New Item" from the bottom menu
- Enter item information (title, content, image, etc.)
- Save and 1 Paper will be consumed to create the item
Q. Can I set an expiry date for items?
A. Yes, you can set the following dates when creating items:
- Start Date: Content will be blurred until this date
- Expiry Date: Content will be blurred and log additions disabled after this date
Q. Can I delete items?
A. Yes, you can delete items from the bottom menu after selecting them.

Q. What is a Badge?
A. A badge is a unique identity for use within the app.
When you engrave a domain name on a badge, all your activities in the app will display your engraved domain name instead of your email.

Q. How do I engrave a Badge?
A. Follow these steps:
- Select unused badge → "Engrave" menu
- Enter desired domain name (max 32 chars, letters/numbers only)
- Click "Check Domain Availability" button to verify
- Optionally attach a 128x128 image
- Click "Engrave" button to complete
Q. How do I equip/unequip a Badge?
A. Tap an engraved badge to see "Equip" or "Unequip" buttons on the detail screen.
- Equipped: Your engraved domain name will be displayed for all activities
- Unequipped: Your default email will be displayed again
Q. Can someone else use the same domain name?
A. No. Domain names must be unique among all users.

Q. What is a Stamp?
A. A stamp is an item that lets you create templates and share them with others.
Templates can have images, titles, content, expiry dates, and support log functionality for keeping records.

A. Follow these steps:
- Select unused stamp → "Create New Template" menu
- Select template image (required)
- Enter title and content
- Set start date/expiry date (optional)

Q. What's the difference between Solo log and Shared log?
A. The recording method differs completely based on log mode:

Q. Can I duplicate a Stamp?
A. Yes! When you select an activated stamp (template) and paper together, the "Duplicate Template" menu appears.
Duplicating consumes 1 Paper and creates a new item with the same template. If in shared log mode, it uses the same shared space as the original.

A. Shared log additions are terminated in these cases:
- Original stamp deleted: "Shared log terminated because original stamp was deleted"
- Expiry date passed: "Cannot add logs to expired shared logs"

A. Ink is an item that changes the app's theme color.
- Black Ink: Default black theme

📎 Clip System
Q. What is a Clip?
A. A clip is a feature that bundles multiple documents together for easier management.
- Manage related documents as a single bundle
- Clipped documents show a 📎 icon in the top-right corner
- When transferred, they move together as a bundle
Q. How do I create a Clip?
A. Follow these steps:
- Select 2 or more documents on the home screen
- Select "Clip Together" from the bottom menu
- Selected documents are bundled into a single clip

A. Tap the "Clip Info" button on the clip item's detail screen to see the list of items inside the clip.

Q. How do I exclude an item from a Clip?
A. On the Clip Info screen, select the item you want to exclude and tap "Exclude from Clip".
The excluded item becomes a separate document.

Q. How do I completely unclip?
A. Select the clip item and tap "Unclip" from the bottom menu to separate all items into individual documents.
Q. What happens when I transfer a Clip?
A. Clips are transferred as a bundle.
- All items in the clip are transferred together
- The clip status is maintained in the recipient's inventory
- On the receive screen, a clip counts as 1 item
📤 Send/Receive
Q. Does sending an item remove it from my inventory?
A. Yes, it disappears immediately. Transfers cannot be undone, so proceed carefully.

A. Tap the search bar at the top to activate search mode:

- Recent searches are shown below (up to 5)
- Use the "Set as Filter" button to save searches for quick reuse
Q. How do I manage filters?
A. When you save a search term as a filter:
- It appears as a filter tag below the search bar
- Tap the tag to instantly filter by that term
- Delete filters with the X button
Q. What is keyword aggregation?
A. When a filter is set and you select items, the keyword values of selected items are automatically aggregated:
- Numeric values: Sum and average are calculated (e.g.,

📱 Account/Sync
Q. Can I see the same items on different devices?
A. Yes! If you log in with the same account, all items will automatically sync across all your devices.
- Real-time sync: Changes are immediately reflected on other devices
- Cloud backup: All data is securely stored in the cloud
- No device limit: Use on multiple devices simultaneously

Q. Are there any image size or format restrictions?
A. The following restrictions apply:
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
- Maximum size: 10MB per image
- Recommended dimensions: 1024x1024 or smaller (auto-resized)
Q. What is the AI background removal feature?
A. This feature uses AI to automatically remove backgrounds from images in the image editor.
- Select an item image and tap "Edit"
- Choose "Remove Background"
- AI automatically recognizes the main subject and makes the background transparent

Q. How do I turn off or configure notifications?
A. You can manage notifications in your device's system settings:
- iOS: Settings → Notifications → Inventory
- Android: Settings → Apps → Inventory → Notifications

A. Push notifications are sent at 9:00 AM on the set date.

A. All data is securely stored in Firebase Cloud.
- Encrypted transmission: All communications are encrypted with TLS

A. Yes! You can set a lock on items.
